Gangaram Sports is a make-to-order sublimation unit in Mumbai. Offices, schools, cricket and football clubs, kabaddi teams, housing societies, mandals and social groups come to us with a name, a logo and a colour — and leave with a full kit that matches, down to the last size.
Design and print sit under one roof, so a change to your artwork does not mean waiting on a third party. And because the print is sublimation, your logo is in the fabric: it does not crack at the fold, lift at the wash or go patchy after a season outdoors.

Why sublimation
The print is the fabric. Not a sticker on it.
Sublimation turns the ink into gas and bonds it into the polyester itself. There is no layer sitting on top — which is why it doesn't crack at the fold, doesn't peel at the wash, and doesn't go patchy after a season in the sun.
It also means unlimited colours at no extra cost. A twelve-colour gradient prints the same as a two-colour design. That's why every artwork in our catalogue is as detailed as it is.

It depends on the design and the fabric, and it changes through the year — Festival season runs differently from off-season. Message us with roughly how many pieces you need and we'll tell you straight away whether it works.
Every design has a code printed on it — something like GS25-149. Type that code into the Design Wall on this page to pull it up, or just send us the code directly. That's the fastest route.

No, because the honest answer depends on quantity, fabric, whether you need name and number printing, and the season. Send us the design code and rough quantity and you'll get a real number, not a range that changes later.
Ask us — for larger orders it's usually workable. For smaller ones the digital mockup is normally enough, and you approve that before anything goes to print.
Any of the 336 designs can be recoloured to your mandal or club's shades. The artwork stays the same; the colourway changes. Send the code and tell us the colours you want.
Yes — mandal name, club name, sponsor logos, player names and back numbers all get printed into the design. You'll see all of it on the mockup before we print.
Then our design team draws it. Send a reference image, a rough sketch, even a description of what's in your head. Use the Custom design tab in the quote form above.
No. Sublimation bonds the ink into the polyester rather than laying it on top, so there's no layer to crack at a fold or peel in the wash. It's the reason we don't do vinyl or screen print for these.
Not with sublimation. A design with twelve colours and full gradients prints at the same cost as a two-colour one — which is why our catalogue is as detailed as it is.
It depends on order size and how busy the season is. Festival is our peak and books out early, so if you have a date in mind, tell us up front and we'll be honest about whether we can hit it.
Yes — we dispatch across India by courier or transport depending on the size of the order. Around Mumbai and Thane we can often deliver directly.

Festival season books out early — the mandals that get exactly what they want are the ones that message in advance. If your date is tight, tell us upfront and we'll say plainly whether we can make it rather than promising and scrambling.

Why printed-in numbers matter
Stuck-on numbers lift at the corners after a few washes and a few dives. Sublimated names and numbers are part of the cloth — they last exactly as long as the jersey does, which is the whole point of ordering a proper kit.

Why colour consistency is the real issue
The usual complaint with bulk corporate tees is that the first hundred and the last hundred don't quite match. Because sublimation prints from one digital file rather than mixed inks per batch, the shade holds across the whole run.

What we collect
When you use a form on this website, we receive the details you type in — typically your name, WhatsApp number, city, order type and any notes about your requirement. If you contact us on WhatsApp directly, we hold that conversation the same way any business holds a customer chat.

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, share design mockups, and run your order through to delivery. Nothing else.

Every form here opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled. Nothing is stored on this website or on a server — the message only exists once you press send in WhatsApp, and then it sits in that chat.

Logos, crests and reference files you send are used solely to produce your order and are not reused for any other customer or published as our own work without your permission.

Enquiries and quotations
Prices are not published on this website because they depend on quantity, fabric, printing requirements and season. Any quotation we share is valid for the period stated in it, and applies to the specification quoted — changing the quantity, fabric or print requirement means a revised quote.
Design approval
No order goes to print until you approve the digital mockup. That approved mockup is what we produce against. Please check spellings, names, numbers and sponsor placements carefully at that stage — once printing begins, changes mean a fresh production run.
Colour
Screens vary. The shade on your phone or laptop may differ slightly from the printed fabric. We match as closely as the process allows, and for orders where exact shade is critical, ask us about a sample before the full run.
Ownership of designs
All artwork in our catalogue is originated by us and remains our property. Buying an order gives you the right to wear, use and photograph the jerseys — it does not transfer ownership of the artwork or the right to have it reproduced elsewhere. Artwork we create bespoke for you is not offered to another customer.
Material you supply
By sending us a logo, crest, name, image or text you confirm you have the right to use it. We are not able to reproduce artwork belonging to another brand, club or organisation without evidence of permission.
Timelines
Delivery timelines given are estimates based on order size and current production load. Festival season runs at capacity — we'll always tell you honestly at enquiry stage whether your date is achievable.
Quality & Print Policy
What we guarantee about the print, and what is normal to expect from sublimation.
The print itself
We print by dye sublimation. The ink is converted to gas and bonded into the polyester fibre rather than laid on the surface. As a result the print does not crack at folds, does not peel at the edges, and does not create a stiff patch on the fabric. Where a print fails in a way inconsistent with this, tell us and we'll look at it.
What is normal and not a defect
Slight shade variation between a screen preview and printed fabric
Minor variation in pattern position across different sizes, since the artwork scales with the panel
Seam interruption where a continuous pattern crosses a stitched join
What we treat as a defect
Print missing, smudged or misregistered against the approved mockup
Wrong name, number or spelling against the approved list
Stitching failure or fabric fault on arrival
Fabric
Sublimation requires polyester or a high-polyester blend — it is the fibre that accepts the dye. We'll talk you through the fabric options available for your order and what each feels like to wear through a Mumbai September.
Raising a concern
Check the order on arrival and message us within a reasonable window with photographs of the issue. Genuine production faults are reprinted or corrected at our cost.
Order, Dispatch & Returns
How an order moves from confirmation to your hands, and where returns apply.
Confirming an order
An order is confirmed once the design mockup is approved, the size breakup is finalised, and the agreed advance is received. Production is scheduled from that point, not from the first enquiry.
Sizes
Size charts are shared before you confirm. Please circulate them and collect actual sizes rather than estimating — custom-printed jerseys are made to your list, so an incorrect size breakup cannot be corrected after printing.
Dispatch
Orders are sorted size-wise, bagged and dispatched by courier or transport depending on volume and destination. Around Mumbai and Thane, direct delivery is often possible. Tracking details are shared where the mode supports it.
Returns and replacements
Because every item is custom-printed to your approved artwork, names and size list, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizes supplied to us, or spelling errors present in the approved mockup.
We do replace, at our cost:
Manufacturing defects — stitching or fabric faults
Print faults inconsistent with the approved mockup
Items that differ from the confirmed order through our error
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled before printing begins, subject to any design work already carried out. Once printing has started, the material is committed and cannot be recovered.
